We can help clear the mist as it is not always clear to a case manager which party is liable for the accident. You can therefore instruct us to carry out a site investigation to determine the cause of the accident. Our RTA investigation experts will investigate matters such as weather conditions, location of the accident (signalling, state of the road surface, etc.) and conduct a forensic trace and causality investigation and you will be provided you with a clear report and advice on (foreign) liability.

As part of the investigation we will interview victims, parties and witnesses and request police reports, medical reports and gather all other information that is important for determining liability in an accident.
